Fowey Mussels & Beer festival

The annual Fowey Mussel Festival offers a weekend of cooking demonstrations, live music, exhibitions and boat trips. The festival typically takes place around 20th of June and always offers a great atmosphere, giving visitors a real insight into what Fowey has to offer!

Foodies have so much to choose from.

, Jack “The Sparrow”, hot seafood, oysters and champagne, crepes, wet fish, live mussels, strawberries and cream plus traditional entertainment including sword fighting, jazz, sea shanties, public executions, poetry and lots more. There will of course be lots of tasty Fowey River Mussels.

Fowey festival of Words & Music

Set in Fowey, and neighbouring villages, the Festival is one of the most popular of its kind in the UK.
